Our Mission:
Develop running efficiency and injury prevention through better kinematics:

At Run Without Limits, we have not "invented" a new running technique. Rather, we have utilized our experiences and countless hours researching existing literature and andecdotal information in order to form, what we feel, offers the greatest level of running efficiency and injury prevention. While there has been much written about proper running kinematics, we have not come across one specific running methodology that produces the best results for athletes. We feel our methodology expands on much of the already existing information available but incorporates additional attributes to form the proper kinematics of running.

We are both health care professionals and over the course of our careers both personally and professionally, we have become frustrated with the amount of running related issues e.g. plantar fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome, etc.  We, as health-care providers, have been treating the patients' "injury" rather than focusing on the "cause". The question we began to ask ourselves; Is running a dangerous activity? Should these injuries be the unfortunate by-product of continued or extreme running? We think not! We have found that the majority of running related injuries are associated with sub-optimal kinematics. Utilizing our methodology, we have found that the number of running related injuries significantly decreased and there recurrence essentially eliminated. This is what we strive to achieve as professionals in the health-care field and what we hope to instill upon others through Run Without Limits.
